Canal flue kits 1 & 2

Canal Boat Flue Kits 1 and 2 are very similar as they are both straight up and out systems. They comply with the Soliftec guidelines and Boat Safety Scheme by having an insulted flue pipe. Kit 1 has a short section of single wall of 250mm to aid additional heat into the boat radiated from this uninsulated pipe, whereas kit 2 is fully twin wall to aid a tighter installation to the wall.

Kit 1

  • 1x 250mm length of single wall flue pipe (100mm internal diameter, black finish)
  • 1x Adaptor – single wall to twin wall flue (stainless steel finish)
  • 1x 1000mm of twin wall flue pipe (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x 500mm of twin wall flue pipe (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x D100 flue bracket (stainless steel finish)
  • 1x Flue trim kit – this comprises of 3 piece deck rings, a support flange and collar with an internal trim plate (black finish)
  • 1x 500mm of twin wall flue pipe (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x Rain cap cowl (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x Closure cap (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x Cartridge of fire cement
  • 1x Cartridge of heatproof silicone sealant

Kit 2

  • 1x Appliance connector – to connect straight into 100mm internal diameter twin wall flue (only available in stainless steel finish)
  • 1x 1000mm of twin wall flue pipe (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x 800mm of twin wall flue pipe (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x D100 flue bracket (stainless steel finish)
  • 1x Flue trim kit – this comprises of 3 piece deck rings, a support flange and collar with an internal trim plate (black finish)
  • 1x 500mm of twin wall flue pipe (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)
  • 1x Rain cap cowl (100mm internal diameter, stainless steel finish)

  • 1x Cartridge of fire cement
  • 1x Cartridge of heatproof silicone sealant

Please note, if you opt for black powder coating on kit 2, the appliance connector (115mm) will remain in stainless steel due to its proximity to the stove

Single wall parts are always black. Twin wall parts can come in stainless steel or black powder coated (this will incur additional cost).
